The Process

[01] Consultation

We will meet to discuss the project scope so that I may provide you with an initial quote and an approximate timeline. Once we have sorted out the details, I will draft a preliminary project brief as well as a contract for all parties to sign. Upon agreement, the rest of the design process will begin.

[02] Ideation

I will begin to further research, brainstorm, sketch, and digitally mock up a design solution that fulfills the needs outlined in the project brief. It is important to note that the ideation phase is the most essential part of the process, as it lays the foundation for the final product.

[03] Discussion & Feedback

I will present my design(s) to you, along with a brief rationale that explains how this solution will benefit your business. I will gather your first impressions, along with any concerns that may have arisen since the initial consultation, and together we will decide how best to continue with the project.

[04] Refinement

Once I have received your feedback, I will continue to improve the design to a state that I believe is ready to represent and elevate your company. If you believe that this is not the case or have any other concerns you would like to share with me, we will repeat phases 3 and 4 until you are pleased with the final deliverable.
